how about the 1977 Cosmos?....it'd be hard pressed into thinking a team w/Pele, Carlos Alberto, Beckenbauer, Chinaglia was not near the top of that list...as well as the 1980 team that also had the same quartet(although Pele did not feature in any games) plus Birkenmeir in net, Roberto Cabanas, Julio Cesar Romero, Bogicevic, Senino, and Di Bernardo
